Refund & Returns Policy

All our books are printed on demand and fully personalized based on the details you provide. As such, they are considered custom-made products and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, except in the specific cases detailed below.

Refunds or cancellations will be granted only in the following cases:

If we do not deliver your order within 30 days from the day following your purchase

If the product arrives defective, damaged, or with a printing error caused by us

To qualify for a refund due to a defect or error, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product. The product must be checked immediately upon delivery, and any issues reported as soon as possible by email to: roiyak9@gmail.com

Refunds will not be granted for:

Spelling mistakes, names, or details submitted incorrectly by the customer during the order process

Changes requested after printing has started (usually begins 24 hours after placing the order)

General dissatisfaction with creative or design choices once approved by the customer

All products must be returned in their original packaging (if return is required).

 

Please keep the original packaging as a precaution.

If your refund is approved, we will reimburse the full amount paid, including shipping costs, to your original payment method. In some cases, we may offer a reprint and resend instead of a refund.

Please note: orders are processed quickly and printed shortly after submission. For this reason, cancellation is only possible within 24 hours of placing the order and only if the book has not yet entered production.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under consumer protection law.
